|Apr 2023The worst experience ever - The car was unusable and ultimately died and had to be towed which took 2 days and incessant phone calls. It was the most abusive disrespectful experience I have ever had and it cost me extra money because their uber driver didn’t pick me up and I missed my flight on top of everything else! Avoid Budget.

|Mar 2023The only problem was the pick up in Sarasita, We waited 50 minutes on line to do the paperwork for the car. They didn't have enough staff on duty to handle the line. The agents themselves were lovely and working hard.
