|Apr 2023- Spent 2h waiting in line after arrival at night, when ~8 people were in front of us. - Then they refused to take our cards so we had to switch multiple times between the drivers and the process took FOREVER all the time. - The car had something with brakes, the car was shaking like hell when braking. - Price was higher as well. + We managed to get the car in the end and use it for what we needed.

|May 2024Car needed a service about 3,000 miles into the rental, and because no facilities were available closer, I had to drive another 500 miles before I came to a suitable service location. Once the service was booked, the process took only a few hours and all was good afterwards.

|Sep 2023It seemed that returning the car earlier ( due to fire and lots of smoke in the north west of the USA) was rather complicated. Also the person who arranged it in Salt Lake City calculated the insurance twice ! Bit disappointing

|Jul 2022We had a Hyundai Ionic. A hybrid. The range was 600 miles per tank! With gas prices high, it was a great car to have. Pickup in Salt Lake was easy. Drop off in Vegas was easy. Comfortable, and handled the mountains just fine.

|Apr 2022Car was not ready when I arrived, even though I was an hour and a half later than I said I would be because of flight delay. They said it would take at least a half an hour to get my car ready, said there would be no USB port in the car or any ability to charge a cell phone in it, and they would not upgrade me to another car at the same price. When I canceled my reservation, they refused to refund my money, because I had made the reservation through an online service - even though it was Thrifty that had charged me. A bad experience overall.

|Mar 2023The price I was quoted on Kayak was not what Budget charged me - I was quoted $400 and they had me pay $560. The car also was not the mid Suv I had requested, but rather a sedan. When I asked if the vehicle was a sedan, they said no, it's a hatchback. I was charged more for a lower level vehicle. In short, I'm unimpressed.

|Jun 2024The only thing Sixt Car Rental need to do is to inform the customer to walk all the way outside of the car rentals companies to very last isle to take the shuttle. Order rar rental companies have their sign. Sixt doesn't have it that's why it's little confused to me.

|Jan 2024SIXT has a brand new facility at SLC. The pick up information was lacking on where to pick up the car. They have their own shuttle to take you to their offsite location. shuttle. They do not have a phone number for the local office. The only number I could find was their 1-800 that never picked up. The SIXT shuttle location was on the side of the main car rental garage. WALK though the main rental car pick up area and head to the right side of that same level to locate “offsite shuttle”. The shuttle was waiting there for me. It took 5 minutes to get to the offsite facility. If you can’t find it, take an Uber to their offsite office. I saw one customer do this. We were greeted with a warm welcome and great efficiency. Car was clean and easy to drive. I would rent from them again.
