|May 2025After waiting at the reception desk, it appears that we had to pay twice the price that was defined in the online reservation (higher price compare to serious companies like Sixt for instance)! The agent asked us to take a mandatory insurance which was not mentionned online, we had to find a way to use an american credit card because the french one wasn't accepted... That was a very bad experience I don't recommend this company at all.

|Mar 2025Worst experience ever. Had to wait 4 hours to get a car and it was dirty and came with no gas. They also added large fees to the already price we paid. And on top of that the location is outside of the airport and sometimes with traffic it may take you 45 minutes to get to your car or get back to the airport. So stay away from this company

|Feb 2025Awful. They made me wait for 4 hours at the car rental to pick up the car because they only had 2 people working (on a saturday). The customer service was super bad. The only person in the front desk didn't even look at me to respond at my questions. They charged me $30 additional dollars for insurance ( i asked for) and then the receipt showed +$87 dollars. When I asked, he didnt how to explain it to me. I would never ever recommend this car rental. Ever.

|Aug 2024Waited over 2 hours for a rental car with very little communication, charges and fees that doubled what I had already paid for the rental, and no explanation of anything in the agreement/policy. No customer service at all really. They only had one guy cleaning and processing the drop offs and bringing in cars for pick up so everything was insanely backed up. One woman completely cut the line and was being helped ahead of everyone with no explanation. Not a great experience with pickup but we didn’t have any issues with the actual car during our trip thankfully.

|Jul 2023Our car broke down, it was after hours so we couldn’t get a new car. They arranged for the tow but we had to find a new car to rent the next day. There was no follow up after the car was towed. I tried calling the Avis office we rented from but could never get through to speak with someone. When I was able to go to the office in person, there was no apology or acknowledgement that our car had broken down and they didn’t even know if the car had been towed to the right place.

|Mar 2023They gave my car to someone else because I was late to pickup, despite confirming that I would be there and texting the company. Then, even after I had to find another rental car elsewhere, they charged me $50 for absolutely no reason. Their customer service was very lax and unengaged.

|Mar 2026I will never rent from Priceless Carolina again. They are scammers. When you arrive, review your bill very carefully because they add extra fees without telling you, like roadside assistance. Their toll fees are ridiculous, and their customer service is nonexistent.

|Jul 2025Terrible experience with this car rental company. When we picked up the car, it was dirty. The staff told us, there was no washing crew and to “take it or leave it.” Since we were in a hurry to start our trip, we accepted it as is. When we returned the car, they claimed it was dirty and said they would charge us a cleaning fee. We explained that the car was already dirty when we received it, and they assured us we wouldn’t be charged. However, we were still charged $150. We’ve been trying to contact someone for the past three days to resolve the issue, and no one has helped us. Very disappointing customer service. We do not recommend using this company

|May 2025The description of the rental car office pick-up was in the airport, where I was thinking I would pick-up and drop off at the terminal. We actually had to take a shuttle to the rental office. The car was older, scratched up, and not washed.

|Mar 2025The pickup experience was so confusing and there wasn’t a way to talk with someone to figure out where the free shuttle transportation was at the airport. I received automated texts but when I mentioned I could not find the shuttle pickup they stopped responding. I notified via telephone my arrival but got no directions on where to go in the airport. I ended up having to spend money to uber to the rental car place.
