|Apr 2023Car was booked months in advance. When I showed up they claimed that they have no cars available at all. The lady at the counter proceeded to tell me that she can then find me a local renter to can rent me something for 2x the price. Which smacks of scam. This seems more of an issue with Roatan than Alamo to be fair

|May 2023They try to push their insurance on you. I had to show them that I had primary rental car insurance through my credit card. They make you put down a $2500 USD deposit. The line took 1 hour for picking up the car. They charged 1/3rd the daily rate of the car for every half hour you're late. The car was brand new.
