|Oct 2025Upon arriving the rental counter I was only informed that they don’t have the car I reserved. There were no notification sent but a confirmation for pickup. Extremely poor business practice. Will not bother with them ever nor would I recommend.

|Apr 2023If you book your car in San Salvador before 6:30am no one will be there. The agent usually arrives around 6:30. Ensure you have a translator or know Spanish. The car we got was an old car the engine light came on on day 3. Car did last the entire 10 day trip though.

|Jul 2023Alamo tried to charge me extra for dropoff fees. Crazy. They told me I could drop off the car to the El Salvador Airport. When I got to the airport, they asked me for a $50 fee. Really really poor service. Can you help?
