|May 2023The place was in complete disarray, the clerks have no regard for the customers, there is no rhyme or reason on the order of people being serviced and the lead clerk is extremely rude.

|Jan 2022Some confusion over the pick up location when booked on line. Hannah &, in particular, Shelsey, were extremely helpful & diligent in completing the reservation at RSW Airport location. Unfortunately, our first rental displayed engine maintenance caution near the mid point of our lease, so we had to return it for a replacement. Once again, the staff at RDW Airport were efficient at handling the transaction.
