Reserved car was ready for pickup and there was no line.

He attempted to convince me I had to pay a hidden $95 drop fee. He said I didn't select another location when I reserved the car. I showed him my confirmation email that shows me dropping at another location but he didn't care. I canceled the reservation.

Staff was good when I dropped off and understanding of my issue. They further discounted the rental for me to compensate for the inconvenience.

The car was not cleaned well when I picked up. There was a lot of dirt and mud around the exterior crevices and door jambs as if the truck was taken off road by the previous renter. Windows inside were filthy and there was no window washer solvent left. Dash was also dusty.

The lady at the desk was great and made every effort to get us or car at the quoted price. However, we haven't rented a car in years and we're not familiar with the details. She was very polite despite our frustrations and was very professional.

I booked the car with a debit card but apparently you can't rent a car with a debit card without a credit check and paying extra. This should have been stated when I made my reservation. We brought a credit card but it was in my wife's old name and so we couldn't use it since it didn't match her licence. At the nice desk ladies suggestion, we tried to find a different ID with her old name on it but she didn't bring her whole purse on this trip. It was very frustrating. I had to get a ride to pick up the car and then my wife had to uber back up there with her credit card only to be told that wouldn't work as well. This could have been solved at the reservation point easily by stating you need a matching licence and credit card to book the car in the first place. Very disappointing.

Charged me double the rate I made the reservation for. i never should have been required to pay outrageous rate that didn't match the reservation. If I wasn't in need of quickly getting to my destination, I would have walked away from the pickup counter and used a different company.

There was a long line of customers waiting to pick up their rentals. The counter had two people working with only two cleaning. There were six people ahead of me and they were bringing keys to one vehicle every 45 minutes. After waiting over two hours, I canceled my reservation and booked with Enterprise. In two minutes, I walked out of there with a really nice vehicle. The military guys still waiting couldn’t change their reservations. Oh—and there was some knucklehead at the counter complaining about the vehicle he DID get. It was a nightmare.

I would have like it if when I went to get the car the person at the desk or a co worker would show mi how to do certain things with the car. I sat in the car for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to connect the Bluetooth ended up driving two hours in silence

I reserved the car weeks ago. When my plane landed they didn't have any cars available and I had to wait for the car for about an hour. I reserved a small car, & they wanted to give me a truck. What's the point in a reservation system, if what I reserved isn't available? I eventually got a Dodge Charger which is an upgrade from what I reserved, it was a comfortable car, but I had to wait for them to wash it first.
