|Aug 2023Bus took over an hour to pick up at the shuttle area. There were too many people waiting by the time the bus showed up and had to wait on another bus even though we were the third group waiting originally luckily the next bus came within 15 minutes. Then had to wait almost 2 hours in line at the pick up location just to get the pick up process started. Not a single employee moved with any sense of urgency. Will be giving my business to anybody else except budget or Avis since they are part of the same group.
