AnadoluJet Check-in

All AnadoluJet passengers must check in at least one hour before the scheduled departure. Ticket holders can check in at the airport, online, at a self-service kiosk or using the airline’s mobile application.

Flight Status Information:

Daily flight schedules, including arrival and departure times, can be accessed online at the AnadoluJet website.  Information on the latest flight times is available through the website by flight number, city or airport.

AnadoluJet baggage allowance

The free baggage allowance on AnadoluJet flights is generally 33 pounds, but this varies based on the destination. Information will be included on your ticket.

Carry-On Bags:

Passengers may bring one carry-on suitcase in the cabin. Carry-ons must weigh less than 17 pounds and measure less than 22 by 14 by 9 inches. Certain items are prohibited in the cabin.

Checked Baggage:

Passengers are permitted to check baggage totaling 33 pounds. Excess baggage fees apply to items that exceed the limit. Furthermore, baggage weighing more than 70 pounds is not accepted. However, there are certain exemptions.

Fragile Luggage:

Passengers may bring fragile items on the plane. The carrier is not liable for any damage.

Sports Equipment and Oversized Items:

Fishing equipment, paddles, sticks, bats, skateboards and other sports equipment is prohibited in the cabin. Musical equipment and oversized items can be brought on board in certain circumstances if an additional seat is purchased. Baggage over 165 pounds is not permitted even with an extra seat. If you have special requirements, contact a ticketing agent.

AnadoluJet legroom

AnadoluJet offers all-economy service. Legroom is generally the same for all passengers. If you require extra room, look for seats at the bulkhead or in exit rows.

Pre-arranged seating

Passengers may reserve a seat when making reservations. If other seats are available, selections can be changed at check-in before the boarding pass is printed.

AnadoluJet has a fleet of Boeing 737-700 and 737-800 planes. Seats are arranged in groups of three with one central aisle.

Passenger change details

Passengers who request a refund or who cancel reservations are subject to service charges and cancellation fees. Refund requests can be made up to 24 months after the ticket is issued. If the carrier fails to provide service, AnadoluJet will issue a refund in accordance with its policies.

Child fares

AnadoluJet provides several options for children traveling within Turkey. Child tickets are available to passengers between the ages of 2 and 12. Discounted infant tickets are available for children under 2. If appropriate documents are signed, children over the age of 7 may travel alone. Children under 7 may travel with a staff escort. Additional service charges apply.

Senior fares

Seniors over the age of 65 are eligible for a 25 percent discount on most AnadoluJet flights. This discount is available online. Passengers must present valid identification when the ticket is issued.


Dogs and cats are permitted on AnadoluJet flights with a reservation. All pet carriers must meet the airline’s requirements. To enter the cabin, the pet and carrier cannot weigh more than 13 pounds. Owners are responsible for following all regulations and presenting valid vaccinations, heath certificates and customs documents. Service dogs for deaf or blind passengers are permitted in the cabin at no charge.

In-flight service

To save costs, AnadoluJet flights have limited services. Light refreshments are served on certain routes.

Air miles

As a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, AnadoluJet participates in the Miles&Smiles frequent flyer program. Passengers can earn and redeem frequent flyer miles on AnadoluJet flights.

Airline food link

Food is not offered on domestic AnadoluJet flights. Passengers on short-haul flights receive tea or water and their choice of a salty snack or dessert item.

In-flight magazine

AnadoluJet shares the Skylife in-flight magazine with its parent company Turkish Airlines. This lifestyle magazine is published monthly.

Airline alliances

AnadoluJet is affiliated with Turkish Airlines, which is a member of the Star Alliance. This low-cost carrier participates in code sharing with BoraJet and SunExpress. The company is also partnered with National Car Rental and Secure Drive airport transfers.
