The seats were very cramped, even though I paid for an upgraded seat. The seats were also hard, and needed new padding. This made is made it very challenging for this 11 hour flight. The foot was alright. The crew were excellent, and the movie selection was very good. The experience was so challenging what my husband says he does not want to fly to Europe any more.
