The touch screens on the aircraft (A330 Neo) were terrible... they did not function properly, and the hand controller did not work much better. With much effort, I was able to view some content that I wanted to see. The "Map" function on the system was inoperative, as well. The only information you could get was the basic info about the flight (altitude, temperature, time-to-destination). Considering that this route takes you over top of one of the most amazing countries/regions in the world, it would have been nice to see the landmarks on a map.
