Qatar airways by itself is good but the hand off to partner airlines is terrible. They leave the passengers stranded and make it their 100% responsibility to figure out to collect the boarding passes, rechecks bags or any logistics with the partner airlines which is a nightmare. Ex. I had to wait in the line for 1.5 hrs at Doha airport to collect the boarding passes to delhi ( managed by indigo) and wait for 1 hr outside LAX airport and also drag my both check in luggage’s to another terminal before Alaska airlines issued a connecting flight. Also all this was not intuitive or announced. As a passenger I was expected to figure out everything myself after wasting my time standing in multiple lines and talking to the crew at the airport. Something that doesn’t make the experience worthwhile to travel via Qatar.
