It was a bit confusing where to check in Lufthansa. On the website it says Terminal 2. When we arrived at Frankfurt airport the arrow sign was pointing to 2 different directions. Turns out check in was in Terminal 1. Some Lufthansa ground crew at the counter were testy and rude. Doesn't give the customer an opportunity to talk. I would like to commend the female ground crew with long hair at the special services counter though. She was respectful, very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.
