Was delayed all day and we were marked as NO SHOWS even tho we checked in on mobile app and received texts that fight was delayed. We live 15 min from ASE and found no point in going 3 hours early to sit in tiny terminal all day. But we ended up sitting for 5 hours anyway. The only good part was Steven Serna in Aspen (he was so nice and helpful) he should be given a raise or something. He is a darling man thank you Steven
