Our flight was canceled because of mechanical failure. British Airways picked up the hotel and food overnight but the organization had much to be desired for. The next day the flight was again delayed for several hours because of "miscommunication" with the catering services. Too much miscommunication and misfortune caused too much misery. One can only hope that our luggage will arrive.
