I find it really annoying that no where is it indicated when you book the flight that the aircraft does not provide entertainment screens and that you have to bring your own devices to watch anything. This is a 4 1/2 hour flight. And they don’t serve food on 4 1/2 hour flights. it took an hour and a half to get your first beverage. And I’m not sure if I’ll ever fly American again. I actually really needed some water and I decided to walk back the the kitchen because the drink service was taking so long and I asked for a cup of water and the flight attendant actually considered not giving me the water and I had to tell her why I needed it at the time. I didn’t think the flight crew was exceptional by any means. I’ve been on other airlines, and the flight crews are friendly and happy. I didn’t find that on this flight. The seat was comfortable however and I did pay the upgrade for that so maybe that is worth it. But the seat was also supposed to come with Wi-Fi and there was no way that I could get online. They want you to pay $30 for an upgraded Wi-Fi experience. This is one of the cheapest airlines out there. This is my second bad experience with them. I stopped flying them years ago and now I remember why.
