The baggage check-in need lots of improvements, 80 minutes in the queue was ways too long! Staffs were good. Crew was very good, helpful and polite, excellent pilot. Food was regrettable! Entertainment was not an option, so customers should be warned to bring their own, which must be fully charged because it's not allowed to be charged during the flight.
