It was terrible. My connecting flight from Dallas to Bwi was missed due to us not given the correct terminal number. The wrong one was displayed causing my family and I along with about 10 other people to miss the flight. The attendant didn’t care and did not want to help us. I was finally able to rebook our flight home with southwest the following morning. We left DFW and went to DAL where we spent the night. It was a nightmare.
