Without question, absolutely the WORST flight of my life! No individual air vents above each seat and I was hot and completely miserable for 8-1/2 hours! I’ve never been on a plane that didn’t have individual air vents. When we disembarked the full capacity, 408 seat plane it was freezing cold mid plane so a completely poor ventilation design. Both meals were vegetarian. If at all possible, I’ll never fly KLM again.
