I was refused boarding due to the Australian CTD I used to travel on at BNE Airport, and did not receive any refund. Instead, considering that I was travelling to meet my wife and kid after 4 years of separation and that all the arrangements had been made, I had to book a different flight ticket (Qatar Airways), which was too expensive.

I was refused boarding due to the Australian CTD I used to travel on at BNE Airport, and did not receive any refund.
