OH MY!!!! IT was snowing in SLC and my mom was in a wheelchair, which wasn't allowed up the ramp. The Prospect worker was perfect in giving us information and trying to get other workers to assist. I was very concerned about my mom getting up the ramp and who would help her and how they would help her. I walked up the ramp to the airplane and slipped a few times, while carrying our personal items and our carry-ons. THE PILOT!!! THE PILOT headed down the ramp and very kindly and carefully told my mom (85 yrs old) that he was there to help her. And he assisted her from the front of her while another wonderful member of the ground team helped her from the back. WE ARE BOTH SO WONDERFULLY GRATEFUL AND EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! Two other pilots, each from other flights, also have assisted her (us) when getting from one location (the plane) to the tunnel or up into the airport. Another testament to what great people you have in your organization is that two of the flight attendants from our flight into RDU (late) made sure that we were in the correct place to get to the shuttle that took us to the car rental. Another PROSPECT worker (Steven in SLC) came back to us in between assignments and gave us options and encouragement to find a place to stay over night, since our flight was canceled and changed to the next day. We were and ARE very grateful for the amazing people we were able to have on this experience... which was so nice, since our trip was due to a funeral (which ended up a double funeral). IF all the world and workers were so kind and helpful, the world wouldn't have any problems. WE ARE SO INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL!!!
