Airline was good the flight attendant were very helpful and kind. The problem I had is with cheap tickets, my ticket was not allowed one check in baggage this was new to me. I do a lot of traveling overseas and 1 check in baggage is always allowed. Also I bought insurance for my ticket it proved to be useless. I have called several times and spoke to your customer service, not one single person mentioned it to me that baggage was not allowed. All this additional expense was too much for me. I even asked one of your customer service representative I need to buy extra baggage should I buy it now and he told me when you receive check in information you can buy it @ that time never mentioned it to me that my ticket didn’t include baggage. It was very frustrating. I will never use cheap ticket again.
