About the same as any other airline. Check in boarding was okay. Seats were tight & uncomfortable. Brand new luggage was damaged & can no longer be used. Waited for 45 minutes to get our luggage when we returned back home

About the same as any other airline. Check in boarding was okay. Seats were tight & uncomfortable. Brand new luggage was damaged & can no longer be used. Waited for 45 minutes to get our luggage when we returned back home
