My experience with etihad was extremely worst. I was going to fly on december 25 2025, but as I had severe surgery few days back before my travel date so I wasn’t been able to get on my flight. I even contact customer care for extension date request or money back so that I could book another flight by providing doctors certificate mentioning my condition, but nobody helped me in either of the request. I didn’t expect this type of service from etihad at all.
