|Sep 2025I liked that the rental place was in the airport. Andre was too nosey about why I was there and pushed rental insurance with them when I already had it through you. He also tried to get me to buy an entire tank of gas when I only needed a quarter tank. I felt like he tried to swindle me more than help me or guide me clearly. He gave no advice on where to refill the tank. The guy in the garage when I returned was very helpful and supportive when I thought I was going to miss my flight due to traffic.

|May 2022Had a change in plans ahead of the trip and was going to be returning the vehicle a day early.. Called customer service and they said I would have to speak with the counter in MSP. Upon arrival notified the counter and they said I could not make any changes since I used a 3rd party site to reserve the vehicle. Next time I will not use Kayak, and go straight to the end retailer.
