|Dec 2021The van itself was fine and pretty clean. Drop off was easy. The scheduled pick up at 9am on a Sunday took more than an hour and a half to have the vehicle, which then threw off my departure time. There was not a long line or wait. Just not enough staff and no progress made as to getting my rental.

|Mar 2023I booked the car at Norfolk instead of Newport News by mistake. When I called upon arrival, Hertz told me a car would cost an additional $221. That is on top of the prepaid of $54. It was a one day rental. Went to Budget and got a car for $67.
