|Apr 2023The inside of the car smelled like a marijuana dispensary when i picked it up. It lasted for most of the time we had it.

|Mar 2023When I arrived at the budget location to pick up my car, I was told that they were on a waitlist, even though I had made a reservation well in advance, and that it would be at least two hours if I was even able to get my car. It ended up being two hours after my scheduled pickup when I was called and offered a truck, which I did not reserve, but had to take because I was now very late for beginning my trip. Terrible service and an unconscionable way to operate a business.

|Mar 2023I had a reservation for 9am and was told it would be 30-1 hour wait due to no cars but I waited almost 2 hours. I was supposed to take my sisters to the airport on my way to Jackson, MS but instead we had to foot a $50 bill so they could get there in time. The staff at the Budget had their hands tied but were NOT helpful and wouldn’t offer any discounts or acknowledgment of how much inconvenience this caused at many layers!!! DO BETTER BUDGET!
