Perfect car

Car was dirty at pickup. On drop off, attendant didn’t check us in or give us a receipt. Just yelled to leave the keys and we’ll get an email. Still haven’t gotten an email.

I liked the car. It wasn't very new. I was told I'd be emailed a receipt, but i wasn't.

I booked a car on the same day 6 hours before the pick up.. And when I arrived at the airport, they said they had no cars available.. 🤦🏻‍♂️😵‍💫

The desk clerk was slow, unconcerned with the line, and disinterested in providing good customer service. She mumbled a few questions, skipped the standard ones about bringing the car back with a full tank of gas, and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Honestly she couldn't have been less interested. The car itself had an overwhelming odor of tobacco and mint. It was nauseating. If the line hadn't been so slow and the clerk so unhelpful, I would have requested a different car. Also, although I booked a medium car, I was given a Grand Cherokee which is a large SUV. I would have liked to have a choice about this -- as the car I requested was a VW Jetta "or similar". This does not seem similar.

Located in undesirable area. Difficult area for pick up or drop off. Staff was okay but not overly helpful.

Arrived at location and reserved car was not available. Apparently due to a safety recall. Was offered alternative but they were not acceptable for the purpose as they had inadequate luggage room. Was never contacted regarding issue, so w wasted over an hour on trip to location.
