Lady rep was friendly and easy to work with. Answered all my questions and when I spoke with her on the phone the following day about extending the contract its was not a problem.

That would have to do with weekend hours of which they have none. So not really something that could be made better from the local end.

Their airport office closed at 6pm and our outbound flight was cancelled within 15 minutes. There were stranded passengers who needed rental cars (including me) and no rental facility was open. Not helpful at all. Instead of saving a few $$ of payroll, Hertz should consider this and have some way for stranded passages who need cars to access them. I will not use Hertz ever again.
