|Apr 2023The car wasn’t ready when we picked up and had to be cleaned so we had to wait quite a while, which put us behind on our trip. But, other than that our experience was great. Staff was helpful and nice, particularly when we dropped the car off. I wish I remembered her name, but the person who checked us in was fantastic!

|Mar 2023LAS counter and people were absolutely great! But Enterprise corp and Roadside assistance were the absolutely worst I have ever experienced. Ever. Left me stranded in the middle of the desert. For days. Refused to contact the LAS office for me nor to give me the right local number. Still waiting to see if they will cover my expenses...
