|Apr 2023The vehicle was perfect for our trips needs and was exactly as we could have hoped. However, the amount we were charged was more than double what we had reserved the vehicle for. Our confirmation 27887859US6 was for $432.87 but we were charged $895.52 upon returning the vehicle. We hope to have this resolved as quickly and easily as possible. Please reach out to me as soon as possible with a resolution. Thank you.

|Jul 2023The car had an issue connecting to my Phone for GPS - was disconnecting every couple of minutes. Otherwise the checkin and checkout was a breeze and the car worked as expected. Drove almost 1500 miles over the course of a week without any problems.

|Mar 2026Pickup was almost comically bad. There were long lines, with only 3-4 people working. One left in the middle of the long line, and came back to tell us to go downstairs to the parking lot where they could help us with no line. We went downstairs, to an booth with 2 windows, and the first window staff member said he can't help us, and pawned us off on to the second window. The second window had problems getting us set up and left the booth to check the car finally while the line became longer and longer downstairs with others who were sent there as well. Dropoff was smooth , convenient and very efficient. I don't understand why pickup can't be the same.

We were told our options were to return the next morning and hope a car was returned in the meantime or to find a vehicle from a different company, which we did successfully. When we attempted to get our deposit back, we were told that since we didn't call for a resolution at the desk that we wouldn't have our deposit returned. We are currently in the grievance process to reclaim the deposit.

|Feb 2023Dollar never entered our reservation so we didn’t have a rental car available, and were unable to secure a vehicle from Dollar at all since they had no inventory. We were forced to use a competing rental company and spend a lot more money than we had anticipated.

|Feb 2022We where over charged by 200 to the site then an additional 200 dollars for we don’t know what the total hire for 1 day was 598 dollars and on the web site it said 227 not happy at all they never said how much they where charging to it was to late tryed ringing to get help no one answers

|Nov 2024The company tries to force you to get a bigger car at double the price you book. They say that kayak takes reservations for cars they don’t have. On top of that they require a utility bill and $750 deposit if you’re a local to Las Vegas. Apparently it says that in the booking notes (which nobody ever reads carefully). I had to cancel the reservation and booked with Fox but that caused a delay in my plans.

|Aug 2024The two people ahead of us were refused their booking amounts as booked through third party, such as your site., and turned away unless willing to pay between $100-150 US added amount. Both left in anger. Our service attendant forced additional insurance at $150 US, claiming it was not optional as they would not accept our Canadian insurance. My insurance from Canada has been accepted for the last 25 years in Las Vegas no problems. We called head office in Orlando and then attended the next day and had it reversed. Car windshield interior was very dirty to the point it was a hazard to drive in the evening sun, to see pedestrians. Will never rent from Advantage again. We will be contacting the owner in Orlando regarding the rental employees tactics.

|Aug 2024The price they quoted us onsite vs kayak was very different. They added on extra fees & taxes. They even asked us for the Declarations page of our car insurance in order to remove their extra coverage off our reservation. It went from $80 to $150. You need to communicate with them to be able to give us a more realistic quote. The shuttle was another story. We jumped on the main car rental shuttle only to find out afterwards that we needed to jump on ANOTHER shuttle after that to get to Advantage. There was no sign or anything directing us on how to get to Advantage. We had to ask where Advantage was to find out we had to take another shuttle. The Advantage shuttle driver was very nice & sweet.
