Car was dirty and had been wrecked. Had pieces of trim missing. No one to go over car with me on pick up or delivery.

The associate working the garage lot at LIT Sunday afternoon and JAX on Sunday night at 11:30 should be presidents of the company. I don’t know their names but I would rent a car from National because they are the friendliest, most professional associates you have.

A sign outside would have been a lot more helpful

We got a mail in the tire on while using the car. I took it to a Firestone to get the nail out and they said it was too close to the side wall and the tire needed to be replaced for safety. Spoke with Avis reps and they said they would get us a new car but no rental facilities within 2 hrs had our sized rental vehicle which we need for the number of people and luggage. They then said they would send a tow truck to put on the spare which was a donut and that wouldn’t have worked because we had a 7 hour drive which is not safe on a donut. So I had to pay to replace their tire for our own safety!!! Very poor service!!!
