|Mar 2023The car battery completely died in the lot of the hotel AND oil life was at 2%. Once sent to office for a new car, they didn't have one for me for 3 hours, missed work meetings due to it. F experience. Inefficiency and ineptitude was hard to believe at times. Won't be going through budget again.

|Sep 2023Reserved a small 34$/day car from pickup in downtown Cleveland. Had to Uber there to have them tell me all they had were Escalades for 150$/day. Then I had to Uber home with no time to go to another location to pick up a different car. Waste of time, terrible service once I got to the location. Will never go through Hertz.
