|May 2022When I picked up the car, the lady at the desk told us that there was no SUV available (category that I booked) and that she was giving us a BMW break, claiming that it was the same category (which is NOT; I booked an SUV not a “large car”). After insisting and showing her that we werent going to settle for a break, she miraculously found an Audi SUV available. How convenient.
