Friendly, helpful staff, really nice people. I finally got the car I wanted, meaning a reg. car :) as at first only a big truck was available (I’ve chosen this option to get a car that is available at the moment) and they were able to switch it in another location) I was very happy! Generally, a great experience!

The staff was very friendly. Pick up and drop off was quick and painless. The car was very clean and odorless and was in excellent condition.

I reserved a van MONTHS AGO., I showed up to pick it up and they tell me they no longer offer those in my area. No call, no nothing, no making it right. hertz is trash

The office being outside of the airport reduced the cost, and the cab fare was not too expensive to get there. Pick up and drop off were both extremely easy! The car could have been washed better. We had to get some windex wipes to clean the inside of the windshield since it was very smeared and the outside mirrors were also needing to be cleaned to be able to use them.

They gave me a car with a bad tire. It has no tread on it. I had to go back and exchange out the car. They were happy to help but I shouldn’t of even gotten a tire with no tread.

Location was not clearly indicated that wasn't airport pick up then the airport AVIS worker tried to get me to sign up and rent for over double the price!
