Find SUV rentals in Gulfport

Brand new car that got amazing gas mileage. Emily at the counter when I picked up was very friendly and professional. There seemed to be something odd going on when I checked out, where the system was trying to charge me double, but that seemed to get resolved.

When I arrived in Gulfport and went to the counter to get my car, the person said that not only did, they have no record of my rental (despite me showing a copy of my confirmation number and email).but they also did not have any cars available to rent me. Luckily, William Skipper at Hertz/Dollar right next door came to my rescue and offered me not only a car, but at a comparable rate. The level of indifference and lack of empathy, or willingness to find a solution by the rep at Enterprise was unacceptable. I also tried calling the help phone number listed ib my email and of course got no response to my problem, I will not book through this process again, and will discourage folks that I know to follow suit.

My first contact was via phone, the young lady (her name escapes me at the moment)she is also who I did my full rental with, name should be on contract. Anyway she was WONDERFUL very kind and attentive to my handicap husband right up to making sure he could get in and out with ease. Thank you

Dollar was great. They do not accommodate same day rentals due to inventory, but made it happen for us.

They never completed the reservation didn't get the car

Like: managers choice = Camaro Bad = Was suppose to be at airport, ended up being down the street. Had to pay Uber $25 to get there. Outside of car was dirty and tank was empty. Returned the car with 5/8 full and they charged me $95 for gas! Was on the phone for half hour trying to get it resolved.

Check in and drop off was a breeze. I rented a van for the first time and didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised of the high quality of van that I received.

Will never rent thru you again. Never rented the car and dont want to rent thru you again

I booked for a 9am pickup. Turns out they were on holiday hours and did not open till 10am. Quinn, the GPT agent, came in early to get me my car at 9;15. Best customer service ever!!

Easy pickup and drop-off, friendly counter staff, and new, clean car.

Plate of old moldy food was left in my rental. It smelled horribly, I wasn’t able to get a new car for 3 days, due to Christmas holiday.
