Crew was amazing, boarding was simple and quick, only issue was the food. I was flying first class, and while it was only a two hour flight, the food really could have been better. I got the "protein plate", which was a few pieces of chicken (kinda dry), some sliced cucumber, feta cheese, and literally a whole unpeeled carrot just plunked down. Again, I know the flight was only two hours, but for what we paid for first class I was kinda hoping for a bit more than something that belongs in a cheap airport cafeteria. Other than that, the flight was great; comfortable seats, great service, great crew.
For more detail, read my previous comments on our TUS to SLC leg. A LOT could have been better. In fact, I wish I had not booked this round trip with Delta at all. I won't be flying Delta for a long time, if ever, again...👎
Boarding was 30 mins wait so that needs to become quicker also on board crew were not very friendly and food was disgusting i pre ordered Hindu vegetarian meal which is supposed to be curry and they served me Tagine on all 4 flights which was actually on the menu. Seats were not comfortable either not much on the drinks menu so i wouldnt recommend Delta.
I guess there’s no controlling it, but there was this huge man that sat in the middle seat next to me as I sat next to the window. He overflowed under and over the seat rest, and his elbow was always in my ribs, and his feet were constantly tapping, or stepping on mine. For a nearly an 11-hr o wrnight hour flight, he never sat still for more than 23 seconds, I timed it. The whole plane was sound asleep, and he kept poking and shifting and trying to be comfortable because he just didn’t know where to exist. And to think I paid extra for the main cabin to have more legroom. Too bad you can’t pay extra for just keeping your own space to yourself. It was absolutely exhausting
This flight was canceled without any notification. I took a bus for two hours to the airport in Tirana and I was there six hours before my flight was supposed to leave. When I tried to get a hold of Turkish airlines customer service, there was no answer on the phone. so it is very tough to rate a flight that did not exist
I checked in on the app but when I was boarding they switched my seat. On my new seat the entertainment screen did not work. I was promised that I’d be switched to another seat but it never happened. The paint on my seat was chipped and parte of it glued with scotch tape. The restrooms were filthy and there was no toilet paper. In short a disgusting experience. I will never fly Royal air Morocco again.
The seats were old and extremely uncomfortable to the point they caused me to have pain today... and it was only 1.5 hour flight. I'm average height, fit, and normal BMI and could not find a way not to hurt my back sitting in that seat. One thing to commend BA on is that each of the seats have a reasonable size underseat space... on some of the discount airlines, the aisle seats have no space and the middle has so much that it's not really used by the person sitting there.
