The overall service quality did not meet even basic international airline standards. The in-flight entertainment system was not functioning properly for a significant portion of the flight. Screens were either frozen, unresponsive, or completely non-operational, which made the long journey unnecessarily uncomfortable. For a long-haul flight, working entertainment is not a luxury — it is an expected standard. Additionally, several pieces of equipment appeared damaged or poorly maintained. My food tray was broken and unstable, making it difficult to eat comfortably. Additionally, we did not receive the requested meals and the meals we received were not proper either. This reflects a lack of proper aircraft upkeep and attention to passenger experience. The cabin presentation overall felt worn and neglected. For an airline representing a national carrier, I expected far better maintenance, service reliability, and overall customer care. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below expectations. I hope Royal Air Maroc takes these concerns seriously and improves both maintenance standards and onboard service quality moving forward. |
