Positive: Simple and quick check-in. It was refreshingly easy and polite check-in and boarding staff. Negative: We were delayed, and there was no communication. I am surprised that with an airline like Finnair, you do not get any snacks on a 2.5h flight. The flights are not as cheap as Ryanair, so a bit more service would be appreciated. The crew did not specify which drink was free and which was available for payment, as there was no menu at my seat.
