My gate pass said to arrive at my gate 30 minutes prior to departure and I did! I arrived at the airport the lady had problems getting the machine to work for my ticket and it took her a long time to get me my boarding pass. I had no luggage. I get through security and make it to my gate 36 minutes before departure when I arrived to the gate I was told I that the gate was closed and I must pay a penalty to get a flight the next day and at this time I had already gone through immigration and but my time had expired that day so I had to stay in the airport until the next day! It also made me miss another flight and I had to purchase an additional flight! So I booked all additional flights through your airline. I went to Costa Rica and back and used only your airline and I was treated completely different in El Salvador and in Costa Rica! I watched each flight on boarding and all of them were loading up the plane 10 to 15 minutes before departure and in Honduras I was told differently when I arrived with at least 36 to 38 minutes before departure. I feel I was treated completely differently because I am a American in a foreign country I didn’t appreciate having to purchase a additional round trip and my first trip your company received payment but refused service for no reason. I didn’t appreciate having to stay in a airport for a whole day waiting for a flight and then watch how the airline was boarding and they were still loading 18 minutes before departure! |
