The Premium Plus seat was comfortable, the amenities were nice (although — and this is significant — the hand cream in the amenities kit was rancid,. Those should all be replaced regularly; hand cream does not last forever!), and the food was adequate, with one exception: the final snack’s salad was frozen solid, and the accompanying sandwich was soggy and unpleasant. Boarding and deplaning were fine.
