(The walkway bridge door could not be opened by the plane's flight attendant upon arrive to the gate. I heard the entire exchange since everyone was yelling.) The departing gate had to be changed at the last minute. Also, I watched many other issues other people were experiencing trying to get on the plane. While the gate personnel were trying their best, I saw really bad management and wondered about the safety of the flight. Not happy with Delta's mismanagement at all. Probably won't fly Delta again for a long time, and I fly a lot on many different airlines. Too bad, Delta has been better than most of the others until now.
