Do not leave my luggage behind when I had to travel the full length of the airport to catch my connecting flight. If I can walk it they should be able to get my luggage there too: terminal B to E. I saw my luggage being unloaded so they just did not make the effort to get to my connection. So they knew they left it but made me go to the pick up area and figure it out myself. When I got my luggage the next day, which honestly was great, the guy tells me he does more AA luggage than another airline. So the moral of the story is do not check a bag connecting through the US from another country(i.e. the Caribbean) to Canada on AA!
