I like the service from the inflight crew. The boarding was poor for premium passengers. They called us by group 1, first. As it is expected to be. However, they mixed group 1, 2 and 3. They were calling the 3 groups at the same time. So, those of us in group 1 had to line up with group 2 and 3. In other words, we had to wait in line until people from these two groups were seated. If we pay extra money for our comfort, then why do we have to line up with everyone else? Why do we have to wait in line until the put away their carryons and be seated?
