BCN - MAD

The flight was heavily delayed which put into question my connection. The boarding and unboarding process was horrible. The airline crams as many people as possible on this short flight. A 787 parks in the middle of the airport and a shuttle bus ferries you in. Why? In a major european airport with a huge plane. In addition, the information provided everywhere on the terminal of arrival was simply wrong and this was not the reality.
