DUS - CPH

SAS cancelled my flight on returning by overbooking and sending me to another airline that had also overbooked. All in this resulted in me having to book with another airline that cost me over $3000 so I could get home as I had work duties the next day. SAS refused to help other than to make the initial referral with checking if my itinerary could be accommodated. I have never been treated so poorly by an airline.
