I have a bad back so the inability to recline my seat was an issue. I was charged $125 each way for a bag that was a few pounds over 40 lbs. Who has a checked bag that’s less than 40 pounds really!? Also was charged for carry ons round trip that I didn’t have. Ask me the cheap tickets were a set up for a rip off!
