Handed out a sandwich "dinner" one hour into the flight and an egg or pancake breakfast before landing. I dozed once during the 8 hour flight, but never saw a steward throughout the flight. Obviously, I saw no one offering water. The "food" was terrible! Air Tahiti has little competition so no improvements are expected. The website of Air Tahiti is ridiculous in this day-and-age. Won't even go into the issues and lack of response.
