|Sep 2023The Subaru that I rented needs an alignment. It was somewhat hard to drive. The attendant at the Norfolk airport was not friendly at all and could tell she was not happy with her job. Customer service is everything.

|Jul 2023-there was only one attendant working and she had a lot to do. It was a long wait to get to her and then when we got our car it hadn’t been cleaned. It was very dirty. After about 40 minutes of them cleaning it my husband noticed that there was a screw in the tire and so they gave us a different car. It seems like they need more staff working there. It took us two hours to pick up our car. Also, the first car that they gave us was smaller than the size we rented.

|Jul 2023Overcharged me on the rental. What my receipt says from Budget, and what was charged to my card are two different numbers, not in my favor. Called them to fix the situation, they did not provide a resolution, offered to send me an email for me to provide further information, never sent that email to me. Ultimately robbing me of time and money and so far not providing adequate resolution.
