|Jan 2023What I didn't like was the misleading information on the availability of manual transmission vehicles which is what I requested when I made the reservation via Kayak. But when I arrived at the G. City airport to pick up my vehicle on Jan. 20 (presumably with manual transmission), I was told by National staff that they don't have any manual transmission vehicles in their fleet and only rent vehicles with automatic transmission. At that point, it was too late (and would have been prohibitively expensive) to make a last-minute switch from National to another rental agency. In summary, the information on the Kayak web site about the availability of manual transmission vehicles in Guatemala is inaccurate & misleading.

|Sep 2023Small airport so it’s easy to find their counter once you arrive. They drive you over to the office to do the paperwork. Very friendly people ready to give you info on the area and good places to eat or points of interest.

|Nov 2021We showed up in Guatemala City 1 hour and 45 minutes later than anticipated due to flight delays and Europcar gave away our vehicle to another person. We struggled to find another car. I will never be using this rental car company again and will surely rethink utilizing kayak to ever book rental cars again.

|Nov 2021Didn’get the car. They did not have any car, even not in other size. I couldn’t believe it! They drive us outside the airport to offer an “alternative” rental… the worst rental car experience I hace had. I trusted Europcar as a responsible company, but is not.
